PASTILLA

 


If you love sea foods i got a treat for you in the northern part of Africa there is a country known as Morroco surrounded by seas so sea foods are so common they have a special dish known as pastilla. Pastilla is basically meat or sea food pie made up of warqa dough as Morroco is near the European countries the dish has immigrated to Spain, France and so and loved by many the dish is a thin pastry shell with a mixture of poultry and fried almonds with sweet that fades away when chewing the food. The meat is the best part of the food that keeps your salvating over it. Today I will show you how to make this special dish at home .

REQUIREMENTS.

  • Butter
  • Almond
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Chicken
  • Oil
INSTRUCTIONS.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add chicken in it also add butter in the chicken.
  • Remove the chicken and add water in a different pan and put in the chicken.
  • Add eggs and dates and heat the solution.
  • Heat the solution in an oven and put in a 160°C 
  • Take a sheet of pilstro and add butter in it.
  • Fold the pilstro and it is done.
