Nyama choma is a barbecued meat in Tanzania Kenya and Uganda the name nyama choma comes from a swahili words nyama which means meat and choma means burnt so basically it is a burnt meat. Nyama choma is normally eaten with Ugali another famous African food at night when going out with families and friends. Nyama choma is one of the biggest food business in Tanzania with enterpreneurs all over the country. Nyama choma is not like any other barbecue meat as it has a lot of seasoning with lemon pepper and salad. Goat meat is mostly used in this dish but beef can be used too and any other eatable meat.
REUIREMENTS.
- Goat meat
- Barbercue grill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Salad
INSTRUCTIONS.
- Prepare your goat meat by washing and skinning while adding salt on it.
- Heat your barbercue grill and leave it for few minutes
- Put the goat meat on the grill heat it till colour change and move it to the other side.
- After completed remove the meat.
- Prepare some salad and add pepper on the mix.
- Now it's ready to be eaten and enjoyed
